Embedded Files
An introduction to
Physical documents will continue to play a vital role in many organizations, industries and environments, but the way we interact with them shouldn't be stuck in the past. With Smart PDFs, you retain the value and shed the effort.
Turn your forms into
beautiful PDFs.
Jotform allows using your form to populate existing PDF templates, or uploaded PDFs to be used to generate forms. Any document your business or organization needs filled out can be digitized.
Make PDFs
easy to fill out.
We recently checked, and we are in fact in the 21st century. Your users expect to fill out forms easily, digitally, and remotely. With Smart PDFs, your process no longer needs to stand in the way of convenience.
PDFs here, PDFs there,
PDFs everywhere.
Send PDF submissions to virtually any platform. Remember how you used to have to download an email attachment and then re-upload it to your CRM or storage drive? That happens automatically now.
Complex conditions,
intuitive flow.
No more having to explain which questions to answer, or dealing with missed fields. With conditional logic, Smart PDFs ensure that no required questions are left unanswered and intuitively reduce user friction.
From table to PDF
and back again.
With custom action columns in Tables, you can take any submission and instantly generate a follow-up fillable PDF you can send to your users. Use one form to fill another, it's like magic!
